Public Tender Calls
The Research & Development Corporation (RDC) issues public tender calls for the purchase of goods and services with an estimated value in excess of $10,000.
Tender calls are posted on RDC's website, and may also be available on the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador's Government Purchasing Agency website

Public Tender Opening
Submitted tenders are opened publicly at RDC offices.
Inquiries from Unsuccessful Bidders
RDC releases contract award information to unsuccessful bidders, including the following:
- Tender Number
- Supplier Name
- Bid Amount
- Provincial Content
- Overhead Allowance
