Research and development (R&D) is a key driver of innovation, competitiveness and overall economic performance. To accelerate research and development in priority areas, the RDC is launching a ‘directed research’ call for proposals in support of petroleum R&D in Newfoundland and Labrador. The program is open to proposals submitted between June 10, 2010 and May 31, 2011.
